Meet The Team
Matt has worked in the recruitment industry for over 15 years, developing his skills and expertise within the sector. As an experienced senior recruitment professional, Matt has significant experience in managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial enquiry to the onboarding, able to efficiently oversee everything from job description drafting to candidate networking, interview coaching and coordination. As the Recruitment Director at HLTH Resourcing, Matt works closely with our clients to ensure they receive expert guidance for all of their recruitment requirements, providing the highest level of professional support at every stage of the process.
Tamrryn is the Business Director at HLTH Resourcing, overseeing the administrative and financial processes within the business. Primarily, Tamrryn’s role involves managing the contractual agreements between HLTH Resourcing and our clients, as well as overseeing the financial controls. As Business Director, Tamrryn also establishes a strong relationship with our clients right from their initial enquiry. She works with them in a number of different ways, supporting with their financial queries, business challenges and any further support they may require from the HLTH Resourcing team. Boasting over 16 years’ experience in the financial world, Tamrryn is an experienced bookkeeper. Using her knowledge and skills, she is the point of contact for financial queries and records any financial transactions related to the business.
Faith has vast experience in the recruitment industry, having worked in the sector her whole career. At HLTH Resourcing, Faith enjoys working closely with the team in sourcing highly skilled, competent candidates for our clients in a range of healthcare settings. She has extensive knowledge and skills in sourcing the best calibre of employees and recruiting employees of all levels from varying departments. Her experience in healthcare recruitment has ignited a passion and drive to recruit the right, long-term people to fit within our clients’ health and social care organisations.
As our Communications Officer, Rob oversees our internal and external communications with clients. Having worked for several years previously as a Commercial Analyst, Rob has an in-depth understanding of business analysis and communications. He supports in the day-to-day processes of the organisation, from both an operational and marketing perspective. This includes management of our internal systems – including our Client Portal.
Rob is the central information hub for our organisation and is an integral part of the client’s journey with our organisation. Alongside this, Rob supports our organisation with additional programming and technical support. This includes the day-to-day management of our website and systems.
Marketing and Operations Support
As our Marketing & Operations Support, Susan is passionate about ensuring HLTH Resourcing supports our clients with recruitment and content expertise. She provides exceptional support for our clients in sourcing new or additional professions into their businesses and making successful placements. She is able to lead, motivate and develop individuals and teams whilst managing the varying demands of a number of different projects.
Within HLTH Resourcing, Alex is responsible for sourcing the right managers and senior-level staff using our pool of expert, highly-skilled candidates. He works closely with our clients to find them the right people for their vacancies, by getting to know their business inside and out and building a strong, professional relationship with them. Alex has an extensive career within the healthcare recruitment industry, having worked as a consultant in the field for several years. He is well-versed in headhunting, interviewing and assessing prospective applicants for vacancies they are best suited to.
